iOS App Network Error


Starting today my wife and I are not able to use the iOS smartthings app. We get an error stating to logout and back in. Doing so results in a network error upon trying to login. It will not complete the login and we are stuck at the credentials screen.

We have tried:

  • Rebooting HUB. Including pulling its batteries.
  • Rebooting all network equipment, modem, router, access point.
  • Logging in from a different device.
  • I have confirmed the hub is online and accessible from the IDE/API.
  • Rebooted the HUB some more.
  • Rebooted the phones.
  • Deleted the apps and reinstalled them.

The HUB is still functioning its just the apps we are not able to log into. This is frustrating, any help would be appreciated.
