iOS App Failure (Unexpected Error)

The app is having issues again. Can’t login. Gives an “Unexpected Error”. Connectivity outage?

Anyone else?

I did get a notice that my hub went offline earlier… but I’m able to get into the app on my iPhone currently, although my “Right Now” tab on SHM is giving a Service Unavailable error.

The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

Can’t get in either. App has been running incredibly slow since last update, but at least had some connectivity until now

Using Android - all day - red banner’s and spinning. I have rebooted the hub twice today. EVERYTHING is very very slow.

Mine is working fine. I do shut down all apps every few days.

Slow as molasses and having frequent problems logging in and loading rooms

We definitely hear you… we made some adjustments to the backend that should start showing performance improvements. Please email support@ if you are having continued issues.

(note - I know this thread is iOS, but the issues were not limited to iOS users)
