I like to integrate a device to monitor my swing gate which is about 300 Ft from the house. One way would have been to use the current MyQ device already connected via Wifi but I don’t know if it can be connected to the Hub. Another options I looked that may work is using a device made by Insteon, Insteon 2450 I/O Linc - Low Voltage Contact Closure Interface and a range extender. The swing gate controller have a connection to provide for a hand switch (12Vdc). Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
