I have a MCO MH-S513 Zwave MCO device, which recognizes as multiswitch but when giving the command from the app, it does not actuate; however, when changing the status manually from the device the smarthing recognizes as on or off. I have an aeotec hub version 3

What driver is the device using? To see what is going on, it would be helpful to have driver logging using the ST CLI. Download to a Linux/Windows/macOS computer and run the command “smartthings edge:drivers:logcat” then cut/paste here using the pre-formatted text option on the gear menu.
