The switch is setup in a 3 way with. It is also in a box with 1 other smart switch and one add on switch.
The line is setup as a series from a smart switch. I do get a blue light saying the switch is receiving power.
Any ideas on where I missed up? I duplicated the existing wiring for the simple switches I replaced.
Try removing air gap and putting it back in if it has one or turn the circuit breaker off feeding the switch and turn it back on.
Be sure to use the supplied screws for the wall plate, they are shorter than normal screws. Using any other screws will short the switch thus preventing it from turning on.
