Innr bulb went offline. Solutions?

I have an Innr bulb that’s been fine for years, it’s suddenly went offline. What’s the best way to try and get this online again without having to repair it and lose all my routines associated with it? I’ve tried unplugging it and back on again but that doesn’t work.

Anything else I can do.
It’s been paired directly from within Smartthings.

Thanks.

You won’t lose your routines. All you have to do after re-pairing your device is to click through the affected routines to select the “new” device.

Example: my neighbor’s Zigbee bulbs are offline most of the day:

When I delete them, the routine that turns off his light 15 seconds after he turned it on is affected:

If I wanted to, I could choose a different device:

Bonus screenshot: last week he bought a robot vacuum and I could pair it in SmartLife…

I’ll give him a week until I pair it and vacuum his apartment at 3 am.

I have this happen with a few zigbee bulbs. I don’t remove them when it happens, I just do the repeated power cycle to put it into pairing mode and re-pair it in ST and it comes back as the same device (it does show with a 1 at the end of the same name, which I remove when the device re-adds with no routines affected and no duplicate devices.

So basically re pair it again and it should come back as the same? I’ll need to look into how to repair them again it’s been that long.
