Could you please tell me if you have some issues setting up the ST hub for the first time? did you need your internet provided open some ports?
I´m trying to install the ST HUB 2, but i´m having some trouble, the light stays blue.
Could you please tell me something about it?
If you can connect to the internet through your router on another device like a computer you should be able to connect the SmartThings hub. Which location did you choose when prompted?
Yes I can connect to the internet. The location that I used was US or Canada. I already try everything that support tell me and still no working.
My advice is to keep up the dialog with support. They will help get it sorted out.
