I have a Lorex 8 camera CCTV system installed at my house. The cameras switch to IR mode at night, but the range of the IR LED’s in the camera is fairly short. We had someone come the past weekend and tag/graffiti a wall around my yard, and while I got them on camera, it’s too dark and grainy to make much out. I’d like to put an IR flood light up to enhance the camera’s night-time image without disturbing my neighbors or the people who frequently park along this street.
Anyone here do something like this before? I found quite a few on Amazon but no idea how well they would work.
