Inactive hub multiple times - missing automation

Been having some hiccups this weekend, the first in about 5 weeks since starting to use Smartthings. One of my sunset light apps has not been turning on/off the past few days. I rebooted my smartthings hub yesterday. Today I noticed 6 notifications of the hub losing connection to the internet.

General question. What should I be doing to clean up and get things running smoothly again? Power cycle, delete/add apps/rules?? I’m using smartthings, echo, harmony hub so far. Not too many things.

Also, may have to sniff out if my internet is dropping. I have pretty fast service, but never know if it intermittently drops and comes back multiple times a day.
