IM6001-V3P01 Hub will not connect to app

I was having trouble trying to get my hub to connect to my Echo and Echo Dot, and I decided to try to start from scratch and deleted the hub off my app devices. Now when I try to get the hub to reconnect to the app it will not enter the green/red blinking phase. It is still showing that the hub is connected with a green solid light, but there is no devices connected to it. I have tried resetting the hub and it still shows a solid green light. Any ideas what my troubleshooting issue is? Thanks.

This can be deleted. I found that I was not actually resetting the hub before and got it to reset this time. I wasn’t holding the button in long enough.
