New to SmartThings, still getting up to speed. When I was setting up the SmartThings app on my iPhone, it used location services to determine where my home and hub were. While noodling around in the Automation area, I found “I’m Back!” automation that can be triggered when I arrive home. To me, it seemed that simply arriving home with my iPhone in tow could trigger this automation, but when I go to its options and select “Automatically perform ‘I’m Back!’ when … Someone arrives”, all I see is an error message in the “Which?” field stating “There are no devices of this capability”. So, obviously, there’s some other thing or some other app or device that I need to make this happen, yes? Can someone point me in the right direction?

I have added three phones that reside in our home and use the ‘Nobody’s Home’ SmartApp to set hub mode. I would suggest you place a delay on the status change, as mobile phone GPS can be fickle and flip your hub status several times in the process of leaving. The delay allows you to get out of the geofence before the hub status changes.

(Smacks forehead) That’s awesome! Thanks! I was searching around that area earlier. Glad to know I was on the right track!
