If aeotec smart switch or internet fails?

Hi
I use smartthings hub and want to add the aeotec heavy duty switch to turn a pump on and off
As i am new to this can i ask what backup i can put in place to manually switch if the aeotec failed or the internet went down
This is my fist post so apologies if any errors

Any router that can handle failover to another internet provider.
