Ideas for Evolve LFM-20 non-garage opener uses?

I bought it for my new Chamberlain opener but have since found out it will not work and so I am buying a MyQ device for that job. But my question is what other use can I put the LFM-20 to? I don’t want to waste my $50 purchase but I also am drawing a blank on a practical use for it.

I have a relay hooked up to my gas fire place. There’s a wired switch that I tapped into with my relay.
