Is it possible to automate it – so if I on the schlage lock I gave the dog sitter code 2345, that I get notified (text) when specifically 2345 is used ?
Also I paid for the webcore app yesterday & the access key didn’t work – how do I get it reset ?

There is no native way to automate based on a specific lock code. Some third party apps like RBoy posted above can.
Also, you shouldn’t have paid for Webcore. it is a free smart app.
Any news on what I can do about my access key with the webcore app not working ?

As I stated previously, what you are trying to do can be accomplished with automations. If you add guest lock code manager, you will get notifications for when a specific lock code is used. Please get your basic setup working before attempting to introduce more complexity.
ah yeah, i forgot Smart Lock Guest Access sends notifications for any lock code used. Good call Jody.

That is just an addon to actual webcore. But at this point, you don’t need it. Please follow the guides on how to set up basic automations and guest lock code management.

As mentioned above… you will need two automations to achieve what you want.
- is the current automation you have but remove send text message action.
If
Schlage Touchscreen deadbolt
lock state: unlocked
then
schlage touchscreen deadbolt
lock state: locked
30 minutes after
- the second one is what @Automated_House posted
if
Schlage touchscreen deadbolt
lock state: locked
then
send text message
