I cant add or edit switches- My response from CS

Sorry about the trouble. This is actually a known issue, but among the other issues we’re having, this bug is of a somewhat lower priority.

My problem
I couldn’t edit or add switches. My system is not working …
Their response
"OK we know, but you not being able to use your equipment is low priority."

Glad ST user’s we here to help.

With that type of answer I’m now realizing there is no reason to spend extra $$ on ST brand sensors in hope of CS.Tech support.
