Hub wont connect to any devices

Hi all,

I’ve been unable to use my hub for several months now. Been busy so I thought I need to get it back online

Hub is showing online and its detecting my iphone every day so the hub seems ‘ok’. I have rebooted, reset the hub several times anyway just incase.

All my devices are unavailable though. I have removed the batteries, reset, rebooted the devices. Try to add but the hub will just not pick them up.

Funny thing is I have a ST’s in my office (different location) and that too is playing up, some devices are working but most are unavailable and will not reconnect. Also the devices that are connected are really playing up! giving false alerts every hour or so.

Please help!
