Hub v2 - wrong z-wave frequency?

Everything was working before with hub v1 but not with the new hub.

I use US Z-wave. Is it posible Amazon send me different z-wave frequency on the hub?

I bought the Hub V2 from Amazon.com and Model is STH-ETH-200
M/N: ZM5304AU

Danalock NOT WORKING

Everspring motion sensor NOT WORKING

Ecolink NOT WORKING
Connecting as door window sensor, trying to change to z-wave motion sensor in IDE, still not working.

Everspring Flood Sensor( Utilitech) NOT WORKING

Z-Wave Smoke Alarm (First Alert) NOT WORKING
Connecting but no readings, INACTIVE in IDE

It’s possible, but unlikely. In the IDE, check My Hubs; if zwaveRegion is 1, then you have the U.S. version. Did you exclude the devices from the old hub before attempting to add them tho the new hub?

Did you perform the Exclusion steps?

hub v2, US customer Rev E

Old hub: hub v1, US customer

I have excluded and removed everything before i connect it to the new hub.

It gets connected to the new hub but not working.

Tried with a different Danalock now and got the same error “lock failed to complete the network security key exchange”

Definitely send an email to support@smartthings.com. If you’re able to connect or exclude devices then it’s not related to the frequency of the hub.
