Starting about a week ago my automations stopped firing and I noticed I am not able to click through the ST settings button in the Connect Home Pro app where you would find repair network. Stupidly, I toggled the ST feature of the Hub off and now have to add back a lot of switches. Anyway, does anyone have a guess as to why I cannot get into the Hub settings as where utilities are located?

For me, this has been an issue since February. Open a ticket with SmartThings Support.

Me too. Support sucks compared to how it was before Samsung took over. You would get right to a knowledgeable person that got right to the point. Now we get first level reps that take forever to tell you basically nothing and cannot get to the root of the issue quickly enough. Then you still need to talk to someone else. Maybe this forum will be a better way, I don’t have time to talk to these charlatans.
