Samsung announced a few months ago that it is getting out of the business of selling and supporting smartthings branded hardware. They will continue to provide the cloud and the app, but they are turning over the hardware, including the hub, to partners.

Their first offering appears to be identical to the V3 version of the smartthings hub except with a different logo. But there will be no other smartthings hub going forward, that’s the current version.
