How long should ST take to notify that the hub is offline? My internet has been down for 4 hours but no notification yet.
I usually know in 5min or so… That being said its only happened a few times in the last year, so don’t know exact minute.
That’s very odd. You can check the last successful ping time by going in through the IDE and looking at the hub details. I believe that’s what triggers the off-line notification, since the hub itself can’t request any notifications when it is off-line.
By the time I could check the power came back on, but I received no hub offline notification. In about 6 hours.
I would report that to support. I don’t think it’s supposed to be more than 15 minutes.
