Hub Firmware Release Scheduled for 4/21/16 (Hub V2) - 14.38

My hub says 14.38 ,is that the new one. I’m not all anxious looking for it as I haven’t had any issues lately.

So I got my update and now my zwave module is failing and all my zwave is down.

try a reboot - I had a z-wave mess until I did

Red light has been on for 25 minutes. What on earth should I do? I’ve emailed support.

Thanks, I’ll give that a shot.

batteries?

I got the update 2 hours ago: 000.014.00038

So far so good!

Err 101 is really bad. See if you can get support to help you; could be phantom z-wave device.

I get err 101 sometimes. Reboot my hub and do a repair and it always goes away

Tried both, repair really made a mess, it restarted zwave again and stopped the repair. I have a support ticket, we’ll see, thx for the tips all.

Bluetooth chip status added. One baby step towards using it?!?! :grinning:

I was still on 14.26! Support chat guy named Jacob got me back on track.

Power off all z-wave devices in your house, reboot hub then power z-wave devices back on. Fixed it for me.

Update seemed to work so far - only thing I have noticed that the hub firmware in my iOS app shows “null” …

a reboot fixed the issue with the hub turning lights on b4 sunset… not sure why the reboot on update was not enough… thank god for the wifi switch i have in place in remote location.

This does not look good.

It’s most likely a phantom device. Contact support and ask them to scan your system and delete all phantom devices.

give it a reboot

Hub updated. Woke up this morning and to my surprise my morning routine triggered instantly! Even the Alarm went to its correct setting. I have always had issues with this being either delayed or having to manually run the routine. I’m a little hesitant to say this, but its working great so far! FYI I am only using Zigbee as I am in Aus, I have disabled Z-Wave.
