Anyone has problem with Speaker Notify with Sound smartapp after this update? I can’t get it work anymore with my Samsung R1 speaker. If I go to the Samsung speaker device under Thing and press Play button, I hear the beep. However, through smartapp, it does not play anything. I have several instances to announce when different doors open. They all don’t work anymore.

There is a known issue with text to speech which just started in the last week. That might be what you’re seeing.
Is anyone having issues with TTS? I’ve tried multiple smart apps just in case. None work.

Yes. I found that discussion after posting here. I’ll monitor it to see the status.

I keep my hub on top of a cabinet for better radio coverage between floors
Is there a SmartApp that can help reboot the v2 hub ? On the V1, it was easy with a WiFi / RF ON/Off module. v2 has a battery which requires me to get on a ladder and then press the reset button
You can reboot your hub in IDE if there is still Internet connection. If not… Take out the ladder and don’t bother with the batteries unless local processing something super critical when no Internet but do we really want ST to control critical things just yet?

When will the hub be able to identify Fibaro devices correctly?

Hey, hey. Please stay in line. Been waiting for Fibaro Motion handler to be allowed to run locally since early March…
I recently installed a new Fibaro Motion Sensor, which is officially supported device and wanted to run it locally. I used the stock device handler only to realize that is not eligible to run locally. I contacted support and they directed me to the “community” for further guidance. This is their response:
"I apologize for the delay in getting back to you, but I’ll be happy to help!
I can certainly understand your concern regarding the Fibaro Motion Sensor. I did review our locally running device type list and there isn’t a specific handler for the Fibaro. However, there is a Z-Wave Motion Sensor device type handler. I’d suggest giving that a try. Also, I’d suggest looking in the Community to see if other customers have asked the same question. We’re actively working on adding more device…
