Hub Firmware Beta 25.26

Hail is complicated, but it does follow the patent method. It doesn’t send the new dim level immediately. Instead, it just tells the hub, “I have new information for you.” Then the hub is supposed to poll the device as soon as it can to get the new status. Hail was intended to be a very lightweight burden on the network, essentially polling on request but allowing the hub to still schedule the poll. The hail method has both advantages and disadvantages when compared with association, but it does require that there be a second round of communication.
