My centercode doesn’t seem to know anything about me all of a sudden. Asking me for hub details etc like I’m a new member… Any ideas on that?

Same here. Asking for my hub’s serial number.
Not yet. We’re still going through the S2 certification process.
We’ve been making some changes to our onboarding and tester validation processes for Centercode. You may need to fill these things out again as part of the new system.
What are your expectations? 1-2month? End of year? Next year?
I’m not the right person to give a timeline, but I can say we’re actively working to get this done.
What, in the past couple of days? I filed a bug the other day and have been following it just fine up until today…
Oh well. Will see if I can pull up all the details it’s asking for.
