- Samsung SmartThings Hub (Hub V2)
- Monday April 9th
- Fixed crash in system LED daemon
- General bug fixes in local video service
Is there any more detail on the LED deamon piece? I’ve noticed in the last few days of being home one of my rules driven light automations is a little flakey… it’s either not triggering a bulb after motion or the bulbs status doesn’t appear to update in app reliably. Hadn’t had time to investigate further as have been away intermittently following last beta firmware and only affecting 1 bulb.
Or does “system LED daemon” refer to code that controls the LEDs on the actual smartthings hub?
That refers to the LED on the actual Smartthings Hub, which is controlled by a small utility program.
I’m not sure what is meant by video service fixes, but neither of my 2 DCS-2330L cameras are streaming video to the hub since the upgrade. I’ve been very busy with major home renovations so I didn’t catch this until tonight. A hub reboot has not helped. Any ideas?
EDIT: It works about 1/5 attempts. It’s never been this unreliable before.
Could you file a bug and we’ll take a look at it?
