Hub failed and I need a Welcome Code to reinstall

I have had a samsung hub forever recently it crashed lost all my itemns. now its asking me for a welcome code?

more details please? what does crash mean? have you reset the hub already (I wouldn’t at this point)? is the hub still showing in the app and you haven’t removed it yet? did you reach out to ST support through the app to see if they could take a look? do your devices still show in AWA?

Indeed, @william_rotach. Your hub failing all of a sudden isn’t normal.
This is different from having the hub disconnected for a long period of time, and when you try to get it back installed, seeing some things gone or cannot be connected.
If you provide the Serial Number of your hub, we can provide the Welcome Code, but we cannot guarantee it will work as expected if we don’t know why/how it failed.
