Hub and sensors disappeared!

Hi,

For the 3rd time in 2 weeks the hub and sensors disappear from the mobile app and ide. and have to setup the hub and sensors from scratch. i have seen the evens below in the ide, but not sure how the hub get deleted or by whom, what is ENTITY_UPDATE?

can anyone help?

Contact support before you reboot or do anything.
They can look at the logs and see what’s going on.
