I woke up this morning in the UK to find my hub and all devices are offline. I tried a hard reboot, nothing.

I woke up this morning in the UK to find my hub and all devices are offline. I tried a hard reboot, nothing.

Same for me. Blue light on the hub, no devices are available.
There have been platform outages listed on the official status page for a day or two. nothing we as customers can do about it except hope that they fix it soon.
You can also subscribe to updates on that page. Not all problems get posted to the status page, but outages usually do eventually.
