I have a Smartthings V3 hub, but when I logged in my account and I found that in Smartthings Advanced app, I can not see the hub firmware version, and it also shows that the hub does not support Zigbee, Z-Wave and Matter.
I am located in China, and I used an account registered in China. Does that affect the use of the hub? Or does that mean the hub can not be used in China?
