So I coming from a Vera 3 to SmartThings. I have a handful of EcoLink door/window sensor and a handful of ecolink motion sensors. The problem is I can’t put them in include mode because they seem to be linked to the old vera 3.
How do I go about resetting them so I can get them in include mode again? The vera is gone so I can’t use that to do it.
I’m not sure about this, but I think if you put the ST hub in exclude mode you can reset them that way.
I figured this out. I put the Vera 3 in exclude mode and then pulled the battery for 5+ seconds on every EcoLink product (Motion Sensors and Door/Window Sensors) and they quickly excluded and put them back into inclusion mode and they joined no problem.
