Our iPhone presence has been pretty reliable but every once in a while ST’ will say that my phone is not present when it actually is. How do you fix that? I tried turning the phone on and off but it didn’t help.
At least it works with the iPhone most of the time. It never works with the android.
Presence works great with my Nexus 5 and almost not at all with my wife’s Galaxy Nexus.
I hear that it works better with the new iPhone 5S but not with older models.
