Hello, i have an outlet of smartthings from smartkit. And i disconnected it from my riyadh home smartthings hub through my phone. And travelled to dhaka with the outlet. And now i am trying to connect it to my hub in dhaka. Both the hubs are from UK. And i cannot connect this outlet to my dhaka hub. Is there some other way i needed to disconnect the outlet. Or am i trying to connect the outlet in a wrong way? Please i would love to get help based on this. As it sounds simple but its getting difficult for me. Thank you.
