How to add wired to wireless translator for security sensors to Smarthings?

I am using the wired to wireless translator below for my security sensors. I am wanting to get this on to smartthings so I can completely get rid of my security system. First, is it possible to get all the hardwired sensors to smarthings with this translator? Second, if so, how do I get them added?
