How to add accout user with the specified email address already has access to an account

Currently, I cannot add an email with the specified email address already has access to an account.

To make other people use a my smartthings hub and things, I need to add the email using “Add Account User” menu on a mobile smartthings app.

However, whenever I was trying to add it, it had been failed with an error message “The user with the specified email address already has access to an account”.

  1. So, are there any ways to add the email?

  2. Suppose it is not possible, is there any way to withdraw the account to make the email be the email which haven’t access to an account?

@ShiningStone you will need to contact support. They can remove the email, as long as you own it. And then you can re-submit the account for use with ST
