How do you get the tiled look?

In so many threads I see people with screencaps of their phones and they have this beautiful tiled look to them. How do you get that in the app?

Which I’ve gone to that website but then it just gives me a URL when I am done designing that I then plug into a browser. Is that how it works or is there actually an app for the phone?

SmartTiles renders entirely in the HTML5 compliant browsers.
On many phones / browsers you can “make desktop shortcut” or “pin to desktop” and it will appear like a native phone App.
