How Do “Recommended Automations” Get Recommended?

How do “recommended automations”

  • get created?

  • get recommended.

I ask because on setup (new user) I’m 93% certain Smart Lighting automation was not there.
As a recent convert from Wink, at first I was a bit disappointed in automation, but this automation is exactly what I was missing on Wink and what I was hoping for here.

At one point they were dependent on the devices you added to the account, but I don’t know if that’s still true.

I get it, but I’m not doing anything that fancy.
The complexity of openHub is a reason I left that.
