I have a piston setup to alert me if my presence sensor (phone) is ‘not present’ and my garage door contact sensor is ‘open.’ What i’m finding, however, is that my current setup is not very reliable. Half the time, when i’m out of the house, I open the ST app, and it still says it’s present. Is there something I’m missing?
I’m wondering if it would be more reliable to use the webcore presence sensor … I’m not sure how. I set a home location, but how do I incorporate that into a piston? Would this be better than my current phone/st hub setup?
