How do I request a partner icon to be added to the amazonaws repository

I’d like to have the Netatmo security icon added as partner icon to the amazonaws set so that I can reference it from there. How do I go about this? Or are these icons only for approved smartapps? Is there alternative storage?

Is this for setting the icon for your custom SmartApp? If so, you can reference any publicly accessible URL.
