I moved and do NOT have the Z-Wave device any longer. (ie a light switch that stayed with the sold home) How do I remove this device? All info I found so far requires you to push a button on the actual device itself. -or- What is recommended on how to handle a move? (Start all over???) Thanks.
edit and delete from the mobile app. It will first go through a step looking for you to exclude it, but after that times out it gives you the option to force delete.

I had a zooz zse43 tilt sensor but it broke. I cannot delete from the app since I do not have the device. I have tried the remove device but nothing happens. can you explain in more detail how to delete this?
Just wait. When you tell the app to delete the device it will go into exclusion. It takes a couple minutes. When it doesn’t see a device get excluded it will give you the option to ‘Force Delete’. That will remove it from your ecosystem without the device interaction.
