Since I lost my original mydlink load and reconfigured my camera I get this message - “No Video Clip - please change the recording file format to mp4 through thr web GUI” - but I cant seem to be able to do this - any help? perhaps an old copy of Mydlink?
This forum was set up a number of years ago so that customers Who were using the Samsung SmartThings ™ home automation platform could help other customers with brainstorming and troubleshooting. It’s not a general home automation forum. And since that particular camera doesn’t work with SmartThings, you probably aren’t going to get many responses here. 
Instead, I suggest trying the D link or home security subReddit (which will cover all brands).
