I was able to repair the JSON with three steps.
- Validate the code
- Correct the code
- Re-validate code

Hi @pmjoen
Could you try the following steps, please?
Thank you for contacting SmartThings Developer Support. In the app :
- Go to the menu.
- Click on the settings icon.
- Go to the “linked services”.
- Find the integration and you will see the devices discovered in that integration.
- Click on the refresh button.
- In your logs, you will see that the discovery and state refresh handler were executed.
Thanks!
Where do I see the logs. Selecting refresh in linked service, the device, or the advanced web page shows no device activity in history.
Hi @pmjoen
Thank you for the information. Could you please provide details about the time so we can validate the logs? I see in the image it shows 6:23 — is it AM or PM?
Thanks!
I’m having the same issue. I have three T5 thermostats and none of them are updating status in Smartthings.
I have gone into linked services and selected the refresh option but there is no change.
It was PM when I tried
Any updates, I have also stopped receiving responses from smart things support incident that I had created.
Hi @pmjoen
A ticket has been created with the issue mentioned. Our team will look into it, and we’ll keep you updated on any developments.
I have extended the data access if necessary.
Any updates.
I also have this problem since some time. Connecting the Resideo service (Honeywell Home) directly to Google Home is working, so the problem seems between ST and Resideo.
Using the Lyric T6
Any support from Smartthings, Im struggling to make any progress…
I believe something was fixed as my thermostats (T9) started providing data yesterday in smartthings and are still working.
I am also seeing updates today.
Hi @pmjoen
Could you please confirm if the issue has been resolved?
In order to get to status update I have to manually refresh. Because it isnt updating without manual refresh, none of my routines are updating the set point for heat.
Hi @pmjoen
The engineering team is reviewing your issue and has asked if you could replicate the error. Please record a video showing how you change the thermostat settings in the Honeywell app, as well as in the SmartThings app.
Also, please send us your time zone.
Thanks!
