Honeywell TCC

Apparently Smartthings is having some issue where it is sending too many commands to Honeywell Home’s servers and flagging them as DOS’s. This caused Honeywell to lock anyones account that is connected to smarttings.

Any idea when this will be fixed?

I don’t think my Honeywell account has been locked and it’s connected to SmartThings. I’ve had trouble in the recent past with SmartThings reporting my Thermostat s offline but they seem to work now.

It happened to me today and I called them. That was what I was told.

This afternoon I re connected and all is fine now.

There were some platform problems this morning affecting a number of different devices, I wonder if that was what you ran into?
