Looks like @RBoy has also encountered this issue and filed a support ticket. He diagnosed it as an issue with the ST Android mobile Classic app version 2.16.1.
@Brad_ST if you would like to pass this onto the Android product team. I’ve also submitted a ticket to support.

BUG: When a DTH specifices an input preference as type number, it should not be using a decimal point or even allow the user to enter a decimal . Infact, the default values in the DTH don’t contain decimal point, yet the ST Android app seems to be adding it by itself.
When the user tries to save the page it, throws an error saying invalid input because it should not contain a decimal point.
This is a retrogression as it didn’t exist earlier
This seems to be affecting DTH inputs but not SA inputs.
