Ho do I use presences?

I know there is a problem with adding new presences in the UK at the moment but how do you use presences?

For instance what would I need to do to unlock my front door when I approach with my phone?

Create a routine ie I’m home there are options in there to run it when a presence sensor returns ie someone arrives
