Hidden automation routine

After upgrading to the latest app, I noticed that one of the automation routines was not shown. The automation is still working but since it is not shown, I can not modify the routine. How can I bring this routine visible?

If android, have you tried clearing your app data cache?

How do you clear that

As an iOS user, I can not say. Not even sure it will fix the hidden automation… just something to try :slight_smile:

Press and hold SmartThings icon until Pop-up shows up and select Info

Than select Storage

And select clear Cache.

How do you do that on an Iphone?

Hey there! @Hanskb, the troubleshooting method of clearing the cache, should be located In your Settings Menu for Applications, Select Smart Things from the eligible application list and there should be an option to “Clear Cache” located near the bottom of the settings. I do not have an IOS device to confirm the pathway, I’m sure another community member will chime in to confirm for sure.

As mentioned If the symptom persists, I would recommend creating a Support ticket so we can look into your concerns further.
