Since Actiontiles went dark a few days ago, I’ve decided to recreate my dashboards using Sharptools.io.
When I try to connect Smartthings to Sharptools, using the Sharptools web connector, I get this error:

That email doesn’t work anymore. I’ve tried everything in the Sharptools support documents with no luck. I’ve confirmed that Sharptools service wasn’t already linked to my Smartthings account. I’ve also tried to connect them on two different browsers with the same result. I’m posting here to see if anyone can help.
Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately, I get the same error message when I click the link or try to enter my.smartthings.com in a web browser. I can still access my account on my iPhone, but it doesn’t seem to have the same options. It’s starting to point to a Smartthings issue with my account.
Thank you very much @Bry! The Incognito Chrome browser did the trick.
I’ll share this in case someone else runs into the same problem in a normal browser window:
https://my.smartthings.com opened up the same error message as clicking on Smartthings in the Sharptools →Manage Connections→ Samsung Smartthings
