Help with selecting a thermostat with Occupancy setting

Hi new here and new to SmartThings automation.

Looking for a smartthings compatable thermostat with the occupancy capability. I heat with a wood boiler and backup is oil boiler and I use the occupied status to indicate the oil boiler is hot and ready to heat, occupied is a higher temp setting for wood than unoccupied which the oil boiler kicks in and heat to a lower temp.

Id also like one that is possible to configure the settings within the smartthings app and not do it in the thermostat. I currently have a commercial grade Honeywell stat that is complicated to adjust temp settings.

What country are you in? The device selection does vary.

Also, do you have a SmartThings/Aeotec hub? And if so, which model?

Hi Im in the US and I have an Aeotec hub. Controller ver 2.3 10-1. Just got it so hope is most current.
