Tried to install the Zen Thermostat and now my iPad and my iPhone kicked me out and are giving me erroneaous login error messages.
“Not Authorized to Perform the Operation” or “Incorrect Username/Password”.
I didn’t log out but was looted out automatically somehow and now neither the iPad nor the iPhone will let me log in again.
Help Please…
