Help, can’t do anything with my new 2018 hub!

Hi all,

Hope I’m posting in the right place. I’m trying to configure a smart hub 2018 which I bought my parents for Christmas.
It worked for about 1 day then I was adding a few things and now I cannot remove locations because it says things are using them and server 500 error. Tried factory resetting the hub and no luck.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Locations in IDE? Try logging into IDE at https://account.smartthings.com using an incognito/private tab in your browser.

For anyone with this issue. Mine was finally fixed by support by them manually removing a faulty xiaomi sensor
