There are two members of my family (myself and my girlfriend). I have presence monitors for both of us and pictures set for each. When I try to issue a command to change modes (by saying “Good Morning”, etc.) on the hello home screen, the smartthings app shows a picture of my girlfriend saying “good morning” instead of me, even though it is my phone and my phone is set up with a picture of me. Is there a way to change this?
I reported this to STs support a few days ago, they seems to think this was the way it was supposed to work. I disagree. Wasn’t always this way, its a new thing for it to work this way. I recommend you contact support and let them know.
